The initial climb is soft, so you might wash out a little. There are enough roots and rocks to add
some challenge to the climb and some air to the descent. The trail forks at one point, we took the
right, but the left looked good too. Trail is pretty twisty. Eventually, we happened on a vehicle-
accessible forest road that appeared to keep going for a while.
From Archer, you go south on the Archer/Ririe Hwy, turn left at the sign for Kelly Canyon Ski <br />resort. Take another left at the brown sign for Kelly Canyon, Heise Hot Springs, etc. Pass <br />Mountain River Ranch, then Heise, then Kelly Canyon resort. Within a mile, there will be a turnoff <br />to your right--take it and then immediately turn left down (in elevation) a forest road to the Table <br />Rock campsite (not to be confused with TableRock in Wyoming). Park outside of the campsite, <br />the trailhead is on your left (also outside of the campsite).
